There can be multiple reasons why you are not receiving call notifications for inbound calls:

Please check the following list:

  • Are you in full-screen mode ? If yes, you'll have to reduce it because this blocks notifications.
  • Did you enable "Silent Call notifications" in the Desktop app settings ? If yes, please uncheck.
  • Did you turn off the sound on your computer ? 
  • Did you set up "Open Call Rules" in the Ottspott back-office ? 

  • For Windows: Did you check this url: chrome://flags, search "native notifications" ? Enable it if it is not.
