- Once a call is ended you can label the call and add notes for follow-up. These notes will be posted to the appropriate Slack channel.
- To make it easier for you to categorize call, the following categories are available through a drop-down menu
- HR
- Billing
- Sales
- Support
- Marketing
- You can also add text notes that will be sent to the appropriate Slack channel
- Once you've finished, press "SAVE" and all the information will be available in the appropriate Slack channel
