1. Once a call is ended you can label the call and add notes for follow-up. These notes will be posted to the appropriate Slack channel.
  2. To make it easier for you to categorize call, the following categories are available through a drop-down menu
  • HR
  • Billing
  • Sales
  • Support
  • Marketing
  1. You can also add text notes that will be sent to the appropriate Slack channel
  2. Once you've finished, press "SAVE" and all the information will be available in the appropriate Slack channel
