When the Hold Queue times out (maximum 2 minutes), you can choose 4 different destinations for the call.

  1. Voicemail, the caller is redirected to your Ottspott Voicemail when the timeout of the hold queue is reached.
  2. Another Ottspott number, the caller is redirected to team members of which are assigned to another number if you didn't answer.
  3. Hangup, the call is direclty hang up.
  4. Play an audio message, the caller listens to an audio message uploaded by you.

To set this option once connected to Ottspott, please go to "Numbers management" section "Call Rules" tabs and expand the block "Office Hours & Call Rules" section.  In Hold Queue Nobody Answer select the destination you wish for "No answer".
