In the Open Call Rules you can choose between 2 different settings when your customers call your Ottspott number. 

  1. Hold Queue:  the .wav audio file will be played to our customers until an Ottspott user answer the call.
  2. IVR (Interactive Voice Response) : the .wav audio file will be played with the specified tree options "Press 1 for..., Press 2 for..., Press 3 for...).
