Some of our users ask us what how they can limit the Ottspott Click-To-Call extension to identify phone numbers/numbers to their CRM/Helpdesk  . By default, all numbers can be called which can cause some glitchy displays.

It's quite fast and simple to solve this:

1/ Go to your settings Click-To-Call extension
2/ Change your permissions and only allow the urls you want.
