Call recording is available on Ottspott in the "Call Rules section" of your Ottspott number.
You can record:
- Inbound calls only
- Outbound calls only
- Both outbound and inbound calls
If you have multiple Ottspott numbers, you can set call recording for each of them, or only some of them. Call recording is specially useful for call quality monitoring in call centers or your inside sales unit.
You can find your recording audio file in Slack (Slack Teams only) or in your "Call Explorer section".
