What Slack notifications will your agent get for a new incoming call ?
First, the widget name and the phone number of the visitor (if the "Ask visitor's phone number" is enabled) will be displayed, then the name of the Slack Ottspott channel and an "Answer call" button for answering the call.
If "Ask visitor's email address" is enabled and the contact doesn't match with any integration, Ottspott will search information about your visitor through LinkedIn. If any info is found you will see for example the visitor's company and LinkedIn profile.
In the last section of the notification you'll have some information about the visitor like his geolocalization, the web page URL where the visitor has clicked on the Ottspott widget and the user's IP address/web browser.
You also have 2 Slack buttons. With the "Blacklist IP" button, you can blacklist someone who is making an unappropriate use of the widget. With the "Add contact" button, if your visitor doesn't match with your CRM, helpdesk tools or the Ottspott contact database, you can add this visitor to your Ottspott contact list.

First, your agent will have a full text transcription of the voice message left by your visitor. Then the same blocks as when a call comes in.
