Cascade unanswered calls to Voicemail or to another Ottspott number

When the Hold Queue is over you can choose two different destination for the caller.

  1. Voicemail, the caller is redirected to your Voicemail when the timeout of hold queue is over.
  2. Another Ottspott number, the caller is redirected to members of your teams which are assigned of this another number if you didn't answer.

to set this option once connected to Ottspott, please go to "Hold Queue" tabs in "Numbers management" section and select the right destination you want for the "No answer".
